As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally to define, build, and scale innovative solutions that enhance practice efficiency and improve patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

► Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define detailed product requirements and manage feature prioritization.

Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather actionable user feedback and market insights.

Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap.

Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior to support data-driven decision making.

Assist in go-to-market planning, product launch activities, and post-launch analysis.

Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Create and maintain comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.


Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience collaborating with engineering and technical teams.

Proficiency with product management tools and data analysis platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Healthcare or SaaS product environments.

Familiarity with dental practice operations or clinical workflows.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic technical proficiency including SQL and analytics tools.
