Job Title: Head of RevOps (Customer Success) (US Shift)

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Revenue Operations (US-Shift). As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, Customer Success strategy development, and process optimization. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our revenue generation capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

◙ To execute revenue-focused strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

◙ Develop and refine Customer Success strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.

Design and implement performance matrices to track and analyze Customer Success team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall Customer Success processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement to optimize Customer Success efficiency.

Oversee the CRM workflow, ensuring data accuracy and utilization to drive Customer Success effectiveness and customer engagement.

Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline revenue-generating processes and enhance the customer experience.

Collaborate closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations based on revenue trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape.

Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in revenue operations to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in revenue operations, Customer Success strategy, and GTM strategy development.

Strong background in the SaaS industry, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and challenges.

Experience in designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and driving continuous improvement.

Proficiency in CRM systems and workflows, leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present strategic plans to senior leadership.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
