Call QC Executive - US Shift
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our team. As a QC Executive, you will be responsible for listening to customer service calls and ensuring the process with company standards. You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to the management team. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work during the US shift from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer service calls for adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement in customer interactions and provide feedback to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control evaluations and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and communicate any necessary changes to the management team.
- Provide training and guidance to customer service representatives to improve overall performance.
- Conduct regular quality control meetings to address concerns, share feedback, and discuss best practices.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Training and Operations, to ensure consistent quality standards are maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively evaluate customer interactions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quality control or monitoring role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call monitoring software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work during the US shift from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
