We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Designer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in graphic designing and will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing and branding materials. The Sr. Designer will work closely with the VP of Marketing and other team members to ensure that the designs meet the company's standards and objectives.
Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing, branding, and B2B creative work.
- Prior experience working with a marketing team in a SaaS or product-based company is mandatory.
- Expert in Figma, with the ability to create landing pages, website updates, design systems, and other digital marketing assets.
- Design high-performing social media creatives, including static posts, carousel ads, banners, stories, and paid campaign creatives across multiple platforms.
- Create compelling Reels, short-form videos, product videos, and motion graphics. Video editing skills are a strong advantage.
- Design premium marketing collateral including case studies, eBooks, brochures, newsletters, presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with marketing, content, and product teams while maintaining exceptional quality and brand consistency.
- Immediate joiners preferred. This is a remote role supporting the US market, requiring availability to work US shift hours and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Shift Time : 5 pm- 2 am (US Shift)
