We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Product Managers, and other technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate technical understanding, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements, project needs, and skill expectations.
Drive the entire interview coordination process, including scheduling, follow-ups, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate data and hiring metrics using ATS tools (e.g., Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever).
Ensure a smooth offer negotiation and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in HR initiatives, employer branding, campus hiring, and employee engagement activities when required.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, market salaries, and competitive hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and skill sets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
